Want to strike out and adventure but nervous about a new land or a foreign language? We are here for you to make your adventure safe and memorable. We can take you to/from your accommodations to the many attractions throughout the area. See below for a list of commonly guided tours or ask if there is something else you'd like to try:
Manuel Antonio Day TripManuel Antonio National Park, on Costa Rica’s central Pacific coast, encompasses rugged rainforest, white-sand beaches and coral reefs. It’s renowned for its vast diversity of tropical plants and wildlife, from three-toed sloths and endangered white-faced capuchin monkeys to hundreds of bird species. The park’s roughly 680 hectares are crossed with hiking trails, which meander from the coast up into the mountains.
First half of the day is spent exploring the National Park. When done exploring the park we’ll take you to the public beach in Manuel Antonio for lunch, drinks and activities. There is a small restaurant literally right in the sand on the beach that offers good food and 2 x1 cocktails all day. There you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and be served on the beach as you enjoy the breath taking views and scenery. There are also Paragliding and banana boat tours, along with surf board rentals and surf instructors if you want to learn how to surf. The ocean is very calm here and is good for both swimming and learning to surf. Manuel Antonio is one of the most visited beaches in the country for a reason. Let us show you why. Price is $160. Does not include park entry fee of 16 park admission fee. Day trip leaves at 7-8 a.m. and returns to Jaco at 4-5 p.m. |
Sunset at Villa Caletas Restaurant/AmphitheatreThis amazing Greek amphitheater offers impressive views and photo opportunites of the Pacific Ocean and Rain Forest.
A local favorite for cocktail specials and its Martini Bar during sunset everyday. The restaurant is featuring international cuisine with a local flair and is known for service, consistency and quality. Outdoor dining is available in the Anfiteatro Restaurant for those looking for succulent specialties and intimate surrounding. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.. Price is $60 (round trip transportation) |
La Paz Waterfalls/Gardens TripLa Paz Waterfall Gardens is the #1 Most Visited Privately Owned Ecological Attraction in Costa Rica featuring the best hiking near San José, the most famous waterfalls in Costa Rica, animal sanctuary with over 100 species of animals, and an environmental education program.
With over 3.5 kilometers of walking trails and educational animal exhibits to enjoy, we recommend a minimum of 2 hours for your visit. However, if you would like to see every trail and thoroughly enjoy the time spent in the Aviary, the Butterfly Observatory, Hummingbird Garden, Serpentarium, Jungle Cats Exhibit, Frog Exhibit, Tica House and Trout Lake, you will probably want to stay the whole day.
